Ingredients
- Urud lentil

Tips to grow long hair
- Massage your scalp with warm olive oil twice in a month. Then wrap your hair with towel which is soaked in the warm water. As the towel gets cool, wrap your head with another warm towel. Repeat this process for at least half an hour and then shampoo and condition your hair.
- Wet your hair and apply your shampoo into the roots of your hair. After this rinse your hair with cold water and dry your hair with a soft towel.
- Daily use of hair dryer is also very damaging for the hair. Moreover, perming, hair dying also contribute to the hair loss. So avoid these as much as you can.
- Massage with oil provides oiliness to the roots of the hair and make them strong and thick. So massage your scalp with oil to keep your hair healthy and strong.
- Deficiency of vitamin B and D also contribute to the hair thinning. Take diet rich in these vitamins. Fish oil is very effective to reduce vitamin D deficiency. Make habit to drink 3 grams fish oil daily. To avoid its smell, you can eat cinnamon. Try this oil for 6 months.
- Peanut oil is also very effective to grow hair longer and thicker. Massage your hair with this oil almost every other day.
